Our bodypack stackers prepare conical pails for transportation by making neat stacks which can be palletised.
The stacker is installed at the very end of a pail assembly line. It features an inlet conveyor, from where the pails are transferred to an indexing station. This unit makes sure that the pails or the side handles are always in the same position. The pails are then carefully stacked together. When a stack has reached its pre-defined size, it is transferred further to the palletizing station.
